{"id":4893,"date":"2025-04-06T21:09:31","date_gmt":"2025-04-06T13:09:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bangsamororeview.com\/main\/?p=4893"},"modified":"2025-04-21T20:38:25","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T12:38:25","slug":"the-pulangui","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bangsamororeview.com\/main\/the-pulangui\/","title":{"rendered":"The Pulangui"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Mohannad Daguit Ules<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Oh Pulangui, as I watch and heed you go,<br \/>\nYou&#8217;re slow, steady\u2014and sure of your flow.<br \/>\nIn both your banks, where two strangers meet,<br \/>\nWill there be a path, on the plains you cut deep?<\/p>\n<p>Oh, what a lovely place to stay.<br \/>\nWhere in the morn&#8217;ng, white Talong birds play.<br \/>\nAnd in the sunset, to watch your golden glare,<br \/>\nTo the evening you mirror the stars&#8217; flare.<\/p>\n<p>And every day that the Pulangui flows,<br \/>\nIn both its banks where two strangers go.<br \/>\nFor each day the sun rolls\u2014they meet, meet, then greet.<br \/>\nAnd so, the Pulangui banks shrink\u2014now waterlilies grow.<\/p>\n<p>Then the waterlilies join the Pulangui go,<br \/>\nYielding to its flow\u2014steady and sure of its flow.<br \/>\nAnd then flowers sprout from the waterlilies&#8217; bud,<br \/>\nOh, what a lovely place to grow.<\/p>\n<p>And so, the Pulangui carves a path across two chests\u2014<br \/>\nForming deep valleys where no one had ever guessed.<br \/>\nNow two rivers formed, a two Pulangui joined\u2014<br \/>\nTwo with one direction, two with one flow.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, what a lovely place to grow,<br \/>\nAnd watch every sunset as you steadily flow.<br \/>\nOh Pulangui, what more could you offer?<br \/>\nWhat more will your bounties bring\u2014<br \/>\nNothing more, with your grandness though.<\/p>\n<p>With each tide that cycle\u2014ups and downs,<br \/>\nOr when floods of seasons&#8217; crushing shores.<br \/>\nOh Pulangui\u2014you surely flow, you surely flow.<br \/>\nEven with your crumbling banks\u2014you still flow, you still flow.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, Pulangui your flow must endure.<br \/>\nTime may test your patience; tide may test your flow.<br \/>\nYou must endure\u2014&#8217;til the last sunrise&#8217;s grace,<br \/>\nOr &#8217;til the last sunset, to you its last embrace\u2014<br \/>\nYou will still flow; you will still flow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mohannad Daguit Ules Oh Pulangui, as I watch and heed you go, You&#8217;re slow, steady\u2014and sure of your flow.
